After falling short in their last game against the UP Lady Maroons, UST Lady Tigresses tallied their second win after thrashing Adamson in straight sets, 25-13, 25-15, 25-9, Saturday, February 25, at the FilOil Flying-V Arena in San Juan.

UST dominated Adamson in each set, toying the reception of the Lady Falcons through heavy serves which translated to 14 service aces.

Adamson has always been known for its strong floor defense but this time, they were not able to contain the attacks of the Lady Tigresses, led by Sisi Rondina registering 11 out of the 31 attacks of UST.

EJ Laure only scored 6 points but it is a good sign for UST as 11 out of their 14 players scored at least two points in this match.

UST improved to a 2-3 record, while Adamson remains at the bottom of the standings with a 0-6 card.

Player of the Game: Cherry Rondina, 15 points (11 attacks, 1 block, 3 service aces)
