Amateur fighters take center stage this Saturday, February 29, in Mandaluyong as King Of The Fight will hold its seventh installment at the Gold’s Gym Sheridan.
Thirty-one bouts were on the card for boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and kickboxing as the neophytes will get their chance of displaying their skills in one of the most anticipated events in grassroots combat sports, which was held jointly by Muscle Contest and UFC Gym.
As such, the battles will be brief and simple, as there are three two-minute rounds for boxing and kickboxing on the ring, while MMA will have three rounds of three minutes each on the octagon.
Since it was for amateurs, protection is a must as head guards and shin guards were mandatory for combatants.
Tickets for KOTF is at 300 Pesos and it can be availed at the UFC Gyms and on Gold’s Gym on fight day.
