Recently crowned bodybuilding champion Jonathan Casimiro to speak at IFPA fitness seminar

Mr. Universe Gold Medal Winner Jonathan Casimiro will be one of the main speakers at the IFPA “Best Practices In Personal Training, Group Fitness & Bodybuilding Contest Preparation” to be held on December 13, 2014 at the Ensayo Gym.
Casimiro, a multi-titled champion in both the local and international bodybuilding scene, recently won the gold medal in the Tall Division of the Ms & Mr Universe competition held last November 29th in Hamburg, Germany.
“Jonathan will share his vast knowledge on how to prepare for a bodybuilding competition. This will be of huge value to our delegates” said Danny Cordero, Philippine representative of the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) and organizer of the seminar.
“We still have a few seats available for the seminar, but we urge all interested parties to book now to avoid inconvenience” he added.
