Now that UAAP Women’s Volleyball First Round 1 is over, it’s enough to say that we’ve seen the players who stand out. Not only for their amazing plays inside the court but as well as how gorgeous they are. And in no particular order, here they are!
Disclaimer: Before revealing the ones on our list, we just want to be clear that everybody is beautiful in their own way, and this list is solely based on the players’ physical attributes.
- De La Salle University: Fifi Sharma
First up is De La Salle University Lady Spikers’ middle blocker, Fifi Sharma. This athlete-preneur won’t only impress you with her blocks and entrepreneurial skills, but also with her looks. If you don’t believe us, you can check out her tiktok account where she posts cute and funny videos of herself to entertain her followers.
Make sure to never miss out DLSU’s games and witness the swag Fifi has.
- National University: Mhicaela Belen
Second on the list is NU’s outside hitter, Mhicaela Belen. The 19-year old Ela is more than just your average girl. She is more than a pretty face because aside from giving importance to her sports career, she also values her education so much. As much as possible, she makes sure that she never misses any exams either before or after tournaments. Impressive, right?
- University of Santo Tomas: Eya Laure
Our next one is no other than UST’s Eya Laure. Not only is her game continuously improving over the years, but so is her looks. We still can’t get over that genuinely charming smile she has. How does she do that? Seriously. Although, if you’re curious and want to catch that smile, make sure to watch the UST games.
- Ateneo De Manila University: Faith Nisperos
Next on our list is Ateneo Cutie outside hitter, Faith Nisperos. She’s one of the most powerful players on her team right now which makes their game more exciting to watch every time. You can also watch her vlogs about random experiences on youtube and follow her social media accounts to keep you updated!
- Adamson University: Lucille Almonte
Following our vlogger is Lucille Almonte from Adamson. This hardworking outside hitter of the Lady Falcons has been impressing the volleyball fans since she joined the league. She may have her ups and downs during her collegiate volleyball career sometimes, but you cannot deny that she’s very pleasing to the eyes.
- Far Eastern University: Nikka Medina
Our next volleybelle is a native of Talisay Negros Occidental and FEU’s opposite hitter, Nikka Media. We might be less enthused with what FEU is currently showing this season, however, having a charming belle in your team won’t hurt. And on a side note, you got to admit, she totally rocks beach wear.
- University of the Philippines: Jewel Encarnacion
Up next is probably a future fashion icon (or maybe currently) – UP’s Jewel Encarcacion. Even before joining UP Lady Maroons, Jewel has already been noticed by volleyball fans since highschool. Not only because she played for DLSZ, but because of her undeniable fashion statements. You can see in her instagram feed that she’s been rocking with the trends since her teens.
- University of the East: Jasckin Babol
UE might have an unfortunate standing after round 1, but at least they have their very adorable Libero, Jasckin Babol. Let’s hope that adorableness brings her team a good luck charm in the next ground.
