Powerlifting champion Fil-Aus Gawain Johnstone is in Manila to promote Powerlifting before he competes on October for Proraw Big Dogs 3, in Melbourne, Australia. He discussed the benefits and his career in Powerlifting and also demonstrated the basic of the sport in his Open Workout at the Kerry Sports Manila, Shangri-la at the Fort.
