The South edged out the North, 109-84, in the inaugural event of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) All Star 2019.
Bataan Risers’ duo Byron Villarias and Pamboy Raymundo won the 2-ball challenge, Veteran Gary David of Bataan Risers was name the Three-Point shootout king and Makati rim-rattler David Carlos brought home Slam Dunk crown.
North outplayed the South executives in a close game, 102-100, despite the 28 points effort by Senator Manny Pacquiao for the South team.
