FEU seals first Final Four slot with win over Adamson

The FEU Tamaraws (10-2) is the first to seal a Final Four berth this season after defeating a gritty Adamson squad 90-73.

The Tamaraws were up to a slow start once again when they were outplayed and out-hustled by the pesky Falcons during the first 3 quarters of the game. Adamson has shot an averaged total of 55% in the first 30 minutes of the game while FEU had only 42%.

The game was a tug-of-war during the start of the 4th quarter but the Tamaraws pulled-away in crunch time, thanks to their rebounding and clutch-shooting.

Achie Inigo made it rain from three-point area hitting 5 out of 8 of his shots and ended up leading the Tamaraws with 18 points. Mike Tolomia and Mac Belo followed with 17 points each.

The Soaring Falcons was led by Don Trollano with 20 points and 6 rebounds. Jansen Rios also delivered with 16 points and 5 boards.
