Dominant Serbia leads FIBA 3X3 men’s quarterfinals qualifers

BOCAUE, Bulacan – Defending champion Serbia continues to impress after winning all its games and topping Pool A of the 2018 FIBA 3×3 World Cup on Monday at the Philippine Arena.

After Day 4 of the tournament, Serbia remains unscathed with a 4-0 record after defeating Romania, 21-12 and Kyrgyzstan, 21-9.

Canada also moved on to the quarterfinals after sweeping Pool C of the tournament to finish with another 4-0 record. They survived tough Philippines, 20-19, and later on annihilating Brazil 22-4.

Netherlands made it to the quarterfinals as well with a 3-1 record, coming from their wins against Romania and New Zealand.

Mongolia follows suit with another 3-1 record after defeating Russia and Brazil.

Meanwhile, Philippines ended their FIBA 3×3 World Cup 2018 with a 2-2 slate after losing to Canada, 20-19 and winning over Russia, 19-12.
